In our Moreland Cottage, we kept the aesthetic cohesive and the living space open, while still creating three distinct spaces. The exposed brick fireplace in the living area, richly stained french doors in the dining space, and custom built-in cabinetry of the kitchen add seamless transitions from one space to the next. 

Just because you decide to open your home doesn’t mean that you can’t delight in distinctly designed kitchen, dining, and living areas. As this floor plan gains popularity here in the Lowcountry, our team continues to help clients put their own spin on open-concept living.
