Shoreline Construction is a custom home builder in Bluffton, South Carolina, serving palmetto Bluff and the surrounding Lowcountry. Our team is committed to delivering peace of mind through a thoughtful, process-driven approach rooted in strong relationships and a high standard of craftsmanship.

Since our establishment in 2006, Shoreline has proudly crafted over 300 homes across Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island. Along the way, we've earned a reputation not only for the exceptional quality of our homes, but also for our ability to deliver peace of mind as we guide clients through the custom home building process with clarity, organization, and trust.

    Shoreline exceeded our expectations in every way! Seeing the home for the first time not only met our high expectations with fit and finish, but exceeded the vision we had laid out almost eighteen months prior.  Right down to the final details of presenting the house on reveal day made it exceedingly special.  Shoreline turned over our home, not just a house they build for us.  Building a home almost 650 miles away from our primary residence, and making only four trips down during the process, for some may have been a stressful experience. The Molly, Alyssa, and Michael at Shoreline not only built phenomenal trust with us, but their use of technology, a weekly recap note, and photo updates kept us connected and in the know, as if we were right there in Bluffton.  If the opportunity exists in the future, we would do it all over again with Shoreline.  We would not hesitate a bit to recommend them for your build!
